A touch of Beverley Hills in Loughborough!
Updated: Sep 7, 2018
Fab Clinics has now opened its latest beauty aesthetic clinic in Park Road, Loughborough, just of Epinal Way.
Owners, Elena and Rupert Chapman, are delighted to welcome existing and new clients to this flagship premises.
Rupert has spent the past year, together with Mansfield based builders, Terry Team, to design and produce this high end “state of the art” clinic which would not look out of place in Beverley Hills, Knightsbridge or St Tropez.
Rupert reflects “we are the second owner of this building, having purchased it last July from the Coop, who previously owned the building for approximately 100 years. It was a challenge to bring the building to modern standards as it needed a new roof, fully insulating and the provision of gas. In fact the only thing that remains of the original building is the four walls!”
A two bedroom flat on the first floor provides short stay accommodation for visiting contractors and parents of students and, of course, bridal shower parties who will use the the facilities below.
Fab Clinics was established by Elena following the sale of her previous training business in 2016. The concept is to use the latest technology that offers “non invasive” alternatives to traditional plastic surgery and botox methods. Her qualified team of aestheticians prove outstanding results, time after time, by lifting and tightening skin, destroying fat cells and treating flaws such as rosacea and scarring and dealing with the dreaded acne.
In addition, Fab clinics offers traditional spa based treatments including, nails, brows and lashes and relaxing massages and facial therapies.
Elena enthuses “we are particularly excited to be developing our bride and groom packages, where treatments can start up to three months before the wedding and target the perfect result for the big day. Our 15 minute cryo facial is also particularly effective for a short term glow, perfect for any event”.
Customers can book a free consultation on line where they can receive a face analysis and patch test and have an appropriate programme of treatment recommended, complimented by the Fab range of cosmeceutical products.
Fab Clinics has operated from its founding base in Woodhouse Eaves and now moved to its flagship branch on Park Road, on the approach to Tesco Extra. It is easily found off the Fab Clinics sponsored roundabout, where Fab is supporting Loughborough with its Britain in Bloom bid. Elena refers to the brand strap line and quips “we are also making Loughborough even more fabulous!”
Rupert, an entrepreneur and property developer, suggests that this time of economic uncertainty provides a unique opportunity to replace the traditional consumer models with the new generation of service based offerings. “After all, I don't see a day in the near future when beauty treatments will be replaced by the on line revolution!”
Rupert and Elena have put a lot of emphasis and investment in brand building and hope to develop branches of Fab Clinics throughout the Midlands and beyond.
