Fab Clinics (Loughborough) Ltd Terms and Conditions
Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Clinic” means Fab Clinics (Loughborough) Ltd. “Client” means any individual booking or receiving treatment. “Appointment” means any scheduled booking for consultation or treatment. “Deposit” means a payment made to secure an appointment. “Course” means a package of multiple treatments purchased together. “Voucher” means any prepaid monetary or treatment based credit. “Late Cancellation” means cancellation, rescheduling, or failure to attend within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time. “Significant Discount” means any reduction of fifty percent or greater from the standard listed price.
Bookings and Deposits
All appointments may require a Deposit to secure clinician time and resources.
Deposits are non refundable as they are used to reserve clinical availability and cover administrative and operational costs.
By paying a Deposit, the Client agrees to attend the scheduled Appointment or be subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.
Appointments, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an Appointment without charge provided a minimum of 72 hours notice is given.
Any cancellation, rescheduling request, or failure to attend within 72 hours of the Appointment time will be treated as a Late Cancellation.
In the event of a Late Cancellation or non attendance, the Clinic reserves the right to charge up to one hundred percent of the treatment cost or deduct the session from any Course.
These charges reflect the loss of clinician time and the inability to reallocate appointments at short notice.
The Clinic reserves the right to monitor booking behaviour. Where a Client cancels or reschedules appointments on two or more occasions within a reasonable period, the Clinic may apply booking restrictions.
This may include requiring full prepayment, limiting advance bookings, or offering appointments only within a shorter booking window, subject to availability. Where a pattern of cancellations or rescheduling is identified, including repeated use of the standard notice period in a manner that results in unfilled clinical time, the Clinic reserves the right to treat such behaviour as a Late Cancellation and apply charges or deduct sessions, acting reasonably and proportionately. These measures are necessary to protect clinician time and ensure fair access to appointments for all Clients.
Courses and Prepaid Treatments.
Courses are sold at a preferential rate and are non refundable once purchased. Sessions within a Course must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions after this period may be forfeited.
Late Cancellation or non attendance will result in the deduction of the session from the Course. Courses are non transferable and cannot be shared between Clients unless explicitly agreed by the Clinic.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold as a minimum commitment of six months. Following the initial six month period, Subscriptions will continue on a rolling monthly basis and payments will be collected monthly in advance unless cancelled.
Subscriptions may be cancelled or paused after the initial six month period by providing a minimum of 30 days notice. Pauses are permitted at the Clinic’s discretion and may be limited in duration.
Each Subscription entitles the Client to the agreed number of treatments per billing period. Treatments must be used within that period and do not roll over unless explicitly agreed.
All treatments booked under a Subscription are subject to the same terms as Courses, including cancellation, rescheduling, and non attendance policies. Failure to attend or Late Cancellation will result in the session being forfeited for that billing period.
Subscription payments are non refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged.
The Clinic reserves the right to amend Subscription pricing and to suspend or terminate a Subscription in cases of misuse, repeated cancellations, or breach of these Terms.
Account Credit
Account credit, including any balance held on a Client’s account, must be used within 12 months from the date of issue or last transaction, after which it may expire and be forfeited.
Account credit is non refundable, non transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Use of Account Credit and Inability to Proceed with Treatment
Account credit is applied toward the cost of treatments and is non refundable.
If a Client is unable to proceed with a planned treatment for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, change of personal circumstances, medical contraindications, illness, pregnancy, or change of preference, the remaining credit will remain on the Client’s account for use against alternative treatments deemed suitable by the Clinic.
Where a treatment becomes clinically unsuitable due to a medical condition or contraindication, the Clinic will advise on appropriate alternative treatments where possible. Credit may be reallocated to such treatments but will not be refunded.
If no suitable alternative treatment is available, the credit will remain valid for the standard validity period and may be used for other services or products offered by the Clinic, subject to clinical appropriateness.
All account credit must be used within 12 months from the date of issue or last transaction, after which it may expire and be forfeited.
Refunds will not be provided except where required by law.
Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of issue or for the period specified on the Voucher, whichever is shorter. Vouchers must be redeemed within their validity period and will expire automatically if unused.
Vouchers may be purchased as a gift and issued in the name of a nominated recipient at the time of purchase.
Once issued, vouchers are intended for use by the named recipient and are non transferable. Requests to change the named recipient may be considered at the Clinic’s discretion and may require verification.
Vouchers may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred for commercial or financial gain.
The Clinic reserves the right to refuse redemption where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, unauthorised transfer, or breach of these Terms.
Vouchers issued or purchased at a discount, including promotional vouchers, shall be treated as discounted treatments. Where the effective value represents a Significant Discount, as defined in these Terms, such vouchers will be subject to the conditions outlined in the “Discounted, Complimentary and Promotional Treatments” section, including restrictions on rescheduling and forfeiture rules.
Discounted vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, package pricing, or discount.
Discounted vouchers cannot be used in full or part payment for treatments involving prescription only medications. Such treatments are subject to separate clinical assessment, prescribing requirements, and pricing structures.
Vouchers purchased at full value and account credit may be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
The Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or unused vouchers or credit.
These conditions reflect the administrative, financial, and operational considerations associated with prepaid treatments and are considered reasonable and proportionate.
Discounted, Complimentary and Promotional Treatments
All treatments provided at a Significant Discount, or free of charge, including but not limited to loyalty rewards, family discounts, promotional offers, charity donations, competitions, or giveaways, are subject to restricted booking conditions. Such treatments must be attended at the agreed date and time and are not eligible for free rescheduling. Where a Client requests to reschedule a treatment purchased at a Significant Discount, the discounted rate will be withdrawn and the treatment will revert to the full standard price. Any difference must be paid prior to rebooking. For treatments provided free of charge, any Late Cancellation, rescheduling request, or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the treatment. These conditions reflect the limited availability and pre allocation of clinical time and resources and are considered reasonable and proportionate. The Clinic reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests for such treatments.
Treatment Suitability and Outcomes
All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsuitable or not in the Client’s best interest. Results vary between individuals and are influenced by factors including medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
Medical Disclosure and Consent
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or contraindications may result in adverse outcomes for which the Clinic cannot be held responsible. By proceeding with treatment, the Client confirms that they understand and accept the potential risks and outcomes, which will be explained during consultation.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Clinic’s liability for any claim arising from treatment shall be limited to the amount paid for that treatment. The Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to a treatment will be confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment may be required in advance for certain treatments or Clients subject to booking restrictions.
Amendments
Fab Clinics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will apply from the date of publication, and continued booking or use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
